Napolean was a notorious fence jumper and spent his days roaming the neighborhood, dining on the neighbor's flowers and vegetables. When the complaints reached the violence level, Napolean came to live at the Sanctuary where he has numerous jumpable fences that he can enjoy without leaving the Sanctuary grounds.

Scooter came to the Sanctuary from a boys' home in North Carolina. He had been pestered and mistreated to a point where he was becoming aggressive with children. After he was evicted, he came to the Sanctuary. He still becomes agitated when a small child approaches him, so he lives in a field where no visitors are allowed to go.
